Disorganized Scheduling. Service itself was fine.

Just buy the products and hire someone else if you don't want to install it yourself. Scheduling and appointment coordination is very disorganized. I scheduled the installation and was given a timeframe window, but nobody ever showed up. I had to call several times throughout the day, and each time I was told they would be there in 20 minutes. They never showed up the entire day. I then had to re-schedule, and the soonest they could schedule was 2 weeks later. That installation did go well, which is why I gave 2 stars - but it was definitely not worth the headache and frustration.

Connect & Mount

After dealing with service people with no expertise, finally getting the geek squad was all we needed. They were great. Worked until they got my tv up and working and stayed beyond the work hours to explain how to use it. I highly recommend our geek squad team! They did an excellent job. From now on I will only use the the geek squad for my electronics needs.
