Great Customer Service - Thank You!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to thank Best Buy and the Geek Squad for their excellent customer service in assisting us with our purchase of an LED TV and installing it in our home. On the day of the scheduled installation, my husband missed the installer by a couple of minutes. I contacted Geek Squad and explained how important it was to get the TV installed that day for a party we had the next day. The representative, Mariella Tinoco, was incredibly helpful and was able to get it all taken care of for us that day - we were so grateful. Thank you Ms. Tinoco, Best Buy and Geek Squad!
