We have always had good Geek Squad service, but this team was exceptional! Very courteous, knowledgeable and organized! This team worked so efficiently together and took the time to answer all questions in a very understanding manner. Just the best we have ever had…and we’ve had a lot!!!! Nicholas headed up the team..there was a gal, I wish I could remember her name and a trainee, which they really were great teachers for the trainee. Simply the best team!

The gentlemen who installed our TV were very professional. They made sure we were comfortable with operating our new TV and it’s features before leaving.

They wall mounted my 55 inch tv. They did a good job but it took quite a while and they did not ask me if i wanted more cords to be hidden behind the tv so now i have to take the tv off the wall to made extra hook ups.

Outstanding tech mounted TV and taught me how to use the remote. He hit it all set up with the wireless internet.

The agent was very pleasant and mounted the TV and then disinfected all the surfaces he had touched. Also adjusted the TV settings.

They did a decent job mounting my 65" TV above my fireplace using my purchased mantle mount. At first, they said they would have problems installing it in such a tight space but they were able to fit it in there! Docking one star since they did not clean up after doing the install. There were also smudges at the edge of the TV where they lifted it onto the mount. Not a big deal since I could wipe it off but it would be better if they had used gloves for that portion of the install.
