The guys were great--clean, efficient, great installation. They rapidly ran through the operation/set-up of my new TV and the next day I find myself without TV service--can use DVR but not live TV. Have contacted Comcast however this was not an issue before my installation. Cable service runs through a receiver and I suspect there is a cable incorrectly connected as a TV in another room is no longer working now and it was functioningnthe day before this installation. Been reading a lot of books while waiting to get TV service back.

The Geek Squad Rep was SO nice! Did a GREAT job mounting my TV. And Also cleaned up the mess of cords behind my TV. He even had a BETTER cord mount the the one I purchased in the store! (I paid this & got a credit for the Store purchase! He also followed up afterwards & made an extra tip to my home to address a connection problem I was having!

The two Geek Squad servicemen did a fine, efficient job of installing my 65 inch TV using the heavy duty, pivoting rack that I had purchased from Best Buy. They were very pleasant and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. This was an installation on a concrete wall, so drilling into it took a bit of time. They also hooked everything back up (FIOS and other devices) and showed me how to use the new system. I was very satisfied. While the installation was not cheap, I would definitely use them again in a similar circumstance.
