I do not recommend using their TV mounting/installation services. Just buy the products and hire someone else if you don't want to install it yourself. Scheduling and appointment coordination is very disorganized. I scheduled the installation and was given a timeframe window, but nobody ever showed up. I had to call several times throughout the day, and each time I was told they would be there in 20 minutes. They never showed up the entire day. I then had to re-schedule, and the soonest they could schedule was 2 weeks later. That installation did go well, which is why I gave 2 stars - but it was definitely not worth the headache and frustration.

The technicians arrived on time. After I told them where I wanted the TV and TV mount they immediately went to work. I was impressed with the completed work. Any excess wires/cables were neatly rolled and secured with nylon cable ties and furniture put back in place. The tech set up the 65" LG OLED and instructed us on operation. The tech was a true professional. The installation cost was definitely worth the price. I am extremely happy for this experience with the Geek Squad.

Hi! Ethan and Tim came to connect our new TV. Bracket was already on the wall and with a few adjustments the TV was up and running. They both answered all our questions and helped with Optimum cable box.

I purchased a 65 inch LG oled tv. Ive mounted tv's in the past. Best buy mounted my tv in about 45 minutes. To me it was well worth the cost
