This was my third delivery of the same tv. First team was rude and actually grabbed a tool right out of my hand. Second time tv still did not work properly. Third times the charm. This single man team was kind, helpful, and skilled. The TV not so much, I am still having some of the same issues.

Geek Squad provided hookups for all our system equipment professionally. Answered all our questions.

The agent mounted the TV exactly where I specified. Made all adjustments necessary to insure a good quality installation.

Think that was Joseph(?) the window was noon-4pm; no show, no contact; in-spite of the fact my wife got 2-3 texts telling her to expect him. I had to go by the store after work to find out what happened. Chris on FLW in Scottsdale was very helpful. record said he tried ton call (we realized order had wrong number. saidn he knocked at 2:08; not true at all my wife was waiting.

The technicians from the Geek Squad did an outstanding job mounting my new television. They called prior to their arrival and were very professional and friendly. They removed my old Sony flat screen from the wall and carefully mounted my new Sony 4K flat screen. All of my A/V equipment was reconnected and tested. The technician took his time explaining the features of the television and how to use the remote. This was a great customer experience and I would use them again.
