Total Tech Package/Geek Squad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Geek Squad set up for my new TV was awesome. The technician came in, unpacked the TV, hung it on the wall and then set it up. What more could you ask for. We asked if we could help him and he said no, he had it. What a great team and technician. Listen if your buying an electronic, like a TV, get the Total Tech Package. They do everything for you.

I’m a geek squad convert!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The geek squad agents were all knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful throughout the install. They picked up after themselves and made it look as if they hadn’t been there, except that my new TV was up on the wall and working with my new sound bar! I was nervous using this service because you never know what kind of service you’re going to get in store but after this interaction I’m fully invested is this Best Buy service going forward!

The misunderstanding
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The two people that you sent with my new tv were not very knowledgeable. Supposedly they were here only to deliver the television and not set it up. When I spoke to the person on the phone he told me that they would set up Deliver set it up and program that didn't happen basicallyI had to do myself
