Outstanding job.

After I told them where I wanted the TV and TV mount they immediately went to work. I was impressed with the completed work. Any excess wires/cables were neatly rolled and secured with nylon cable ties and furniture put back in place. The tech set up the 65" LG OLED and instructed us on operation. The tech was a true professional. The installation cost was definitely worth the price. I am extremely happy for this experience with the Geek Squad.

Installed my television courteously.

Said if i had any other problems they would come back to help. Called for help with setting up channels, which got confusing between the Amazon and ROKU billing and sining in to apps that are free on Anazon but being charged by Roku.. im not tech savy, im old, frustrated, and did not like reaching out for help and being told i dont qualify for home service. I also bought the protection plan and Geek squad plans. Too little human contact when i called for help.
