Best Buy .... The ONLY place to buy your ne TV !!

They were very professional and answered all of my questions. The first one had a factory defect and Best Buy couldn't have been better in replacing it. Everything about this transaction was flawless !!! Will never buy any of my home theater needs elsewhere !!! 50 out of 10 !!!

Geek Squad trouble

They pushed my install 3 times. Call customer service 5 times hung up and lost call 5 times. Told 2 different reasons why install was impossible. Unless pickup at store is possible will not use Bestbuy again
