excellent service, easy installation and in a timely manner

The agents mounted my tv and set up all the cables. They we’re very precise on how I wanted my tv to be mounted

3 men arrived to install my 100" TV. They listened to my suggestions and installed the TV using my mount on the wall where I wanted it. The install was relatively quick and they even cleaned up afterwards taking the packing materials from the TV with them.

After being rescheduled 3 times, the install finally took place and the 2 installers were exceptional. They came in, installed in a timely matter and they were out. Tanya the manager of the Madison, TN Best buy store was phenomenal in handling the issue I was having in receiving the tv stand.

I have every plan Best Buy makes I'm sure but the plan that allows me 24/7 online support and $49 install is by far my favorite feature. My only issue with the install was that the mount I had previously purchased elsewhere did not work with this particular TV but they said they had one on the truck and I could buy it for $70, twice what the one I had cost, but I needed it installed then. The mount does not come out from the wall or swivel or tilt and it makes it impossible to get my hand behind the TV to insert HDMI cables. My bad for not knowing all mounts won't work with all TV's.
