First time having a TV mounted over the fireplace. Was a little hesitant as I thought it would be too high. I am enjoying having the extra room in the living room . The placement works well with my furniture placement. The installer arrived as scheduled and had the job completed quickly.

AND LEFT WITHOUT INSTALLING 55" T.V. I HAVE CONTACTED BEST BUY AND WHAT THEY DID WAS GIVING ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR THURSDAY,JANUARY 16 ,2020 FROM 7:00A.M.- 1:00 P.M.I TALKED TO SAM AT 800-433-5778. I had to request Best Buy’s mounting service for my 85” TV and the guys were very professional about the install. Except they did not know how to care and clean my 2022 Frame TV screen which is special and because of their directions my screen was further damaged! I want to give them 5 stars but after my $4500 TV looks like a $100 TV I feel terrible about following their suggestions.

Had the Geeks hang the TV, I had the mount and wiring done and ready, they were professional, courteous, in and out in thirty minutes. Pricey? maybe, but worth it, oversize and to much for me.
