He asked me questions about how I wanted it to operate and showed me some bells and whistles and set it and calibrated it and showed me how to change it if I wanted to. I had to buy an in-wall HDMI cable at installation because I didn't know I should or could but they weren't looking to sell me anything. Ask questions at store when you purchase installation. I did and was pretty ready but may need to do some new connections now that I know how I use it.

Job Well Done

They set up the tv and integrated it with my Denon amp. They were friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions courteously. This install went essentially with out any issues. All I had to do when they were done was start watching!
