Very knowledgeable, provide important recommendations and insight, and are transparent communicators. I’ve continued my loyalty with Best Buy solely because of the geek squad and Colonial store personnel.

Squad did not finish the job.

They said they would return with a piece of that they needed when we gave them a call. We gave them a call on several occasions, but received no response. Further, the remote control is not working to this full extent; we will bring it in for evaluation.

Professional Installation--Very Pleased

They moved my old wall mount to a better position for the new TV. They had a tough time getting the ARC connection to work while they were here, and ended up connecting with an audio cable. After I had the TV a while I was missing the surround sound features and tried an HDMI cable again in the ARC port, and it worked just fine. I think it had something to do with the TV, not the installers.
