He and his assistant Percy assessed the situation and made recommendations how to proceed. Mark kept my wife and I informed as they were moving forward and explained the use of the TV and accessories once completed. A pleasure to work with.

Great service

The technicians were prompt and on time. They removed the old wall mounted TV and remounted the new TV. They hooked up all the ancillary equipment, sound bar, DVD player, Denon receiver etc. They programmed the remote for the ancillary equipment and provided some training on using the remote as well.
