I’d read some review about how the people who would install others TVs were rude or hadn’t really done a great job. I was worried I would have someone like that especially since I had mine scheduled on Christmas Eve but that’s not my experience. The man who did my TV was very nice. He called me and told me his arrival time and got there quickly. We talked as he set everything up and it only took maybe 15-20 minutes if that. So far I’m happy with everything.

The team was very professional and quick. They made a point of cleaning up after themselves.

Two very good installers. Polite, courteous and cleaned up after installation of the router, modem, 77" OLED TV, wall mount, new Roku Ultra. This was done as part of Total Tech membership. WHY NOT 5 STARS: the total tech program benefits changed after purchased. Example: the BBY points/dollars based on the purchase was removed. I expected about $40. The plan was to order additional security camera from Best Buy. Instead, I purchase from Amazon.

I am very pleased with the service they provided. The TV was mounted with great care. They made sure to use a level and secure the mount safely. They connected all of our devices and made sure to give us a tutorial. They made some other suggestions, but were not pushy in the slightest. We greatly appreciated their expertise and opinion. It was such a relief to let professionals handle this for us and we were very happy with their work.

The Geek Squad mounted the mount and put the TV on and added the sound bar. They did an excellent job.
