Another Great Job By The GS

This one was particularly good: an SSD disk that the GS installed just about a year ago was failing. Still a few days from warranty expiration, the GS replaced the SSD at no cost and, because of a price reduction on the same SSD, I got a $21 store credit back. Another great job by the GS.

It was a pleasure wathching a very professional Geek Squad tackle the unpacking, mounting and installation of our 65" OLED TV. They answered every question we had. Hooked it up to our Spectrum account, got everything operational and showed us how to operate the remote control. I am an IT geek from way back, but it was a pleasure to watch these Geeks in action. Professionalism in action!!
