Amazing Ryan from Geek Squad!

This technician which I believe his name was Ryan (I remember because it’s also my son and husbands name) was the BEST! He did an amazing job at uninstalling the defective tv and installing a brand new tv! He moved quickly and I was at ease with my purchase! Thanks to him he made this such a better experience!

They listened to my suggestions and installed the TV using my mount on the wall where I wanted it. The install was relatively quick and they even cleaned up afterwards taking the packing materials from the TV with them.
