The technicians were prompt and on time. They removed the old wall mounted TV and remounted the new TV. They hooked up all the ancillary equipment, sound bar, DVD player, Denon receiver etc. They programmed the remote for the ancillary equipment and provided some training on using the remote as well.

Upon arrival they were courteous and very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Very professional. Went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and knew how to operate tv.
