The Geek squad did an excellent job mounting this TV, I would use again if needed,

My family room looks fabulous the geek squade was excellent

Cody and Clinton were very professional. They removed our old TV and mounted our new LG flat screen which had been delivered via FED EX. Unfortunately, during shipping the TV screen broke. So, Cody located another TV that was in stock and came back within an hour to complete the installation.

Worth purchasing the Total rewards membership as this service was free with the purchase of my new TV. They helped with unboxing, setting up the TV with thr legs and placing it where it needed to go. They also tested a few things making sure the TV worked before they left!

Two agents worked hard to mount the TV on the wall and ensure the TV was working.

The geek squad agents were all knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and helpful throughout the install. They picked up after themselves and made it look as if they hadn’t been there, except that my new TV was up on the wall and working with my new sound bar! I was nervous using this service because you never know what kind of service you’re going to get in store but after this interaction I’m fully invested is this Best Buy service going forward!

The guys who came to install did a great job. They were clean and cleaned up after themselves as well as explained all that they were doing.

The agents were right on time, worked diligently, and cleaned up after themselves. Will use the services again.

First man not much effort was made. In all fairness to him tv was too large for one person to unmount . They were supposed to send two people to begin with it was clearing noted on order and they only sent one . If they would have sent two the first time it would have been a 5 star . Second installers were very good.

I love our 86 inches TV. It is fabulous. Great color, great picture.

They attached the mount to the wall after we discussed where I wanted it. They were patient and friendly, quick and clean.

The technician arrived on time and got our TV set up on the wall mount very quickly. Also he got us hooked up on our WiFi/internet and helped us learn how to use our new TV. We are in our late 60’s so we would have had issues doing this ourselves.

They mounted up my TV and asked questions and gave their great opinion! Looks great!
