Excellent installation, professional and courteous service.

The agents installed my TV in preparation for a satellite connection. They were efficient, tidy, and very helpful. I'm so pleased with both the TV and the installation!

The agents mounted my wall mount quickly and professionally.

Everything was seamless, great group of people whom performed the service.

Geek squad arrived on time and installed my tv and connected all of my devices. Walked me through all of the features and made sure everything was working correctly before they left. Even helped with our ring doorbell even though it wasn't purchased at best buy,

the install person did a very good job. got the product mounted and connected the tv. was pleased with his service

Leon and the other gentleman i forgot his name my apologies did a wonderful job and gave excellent customer service, they explained to me how to move around the tv with it being attached to the wall mount as well as how to set up my WiFi, very kind, They attempted to come early and I fell asleep on them by mistake and they still came back in a timely manner, need more customer service like these guys.

Both Geek Squad agents were very timely, polite, and prepared. They got the TV mounted cleanly in no time at all!

I have every plan Best Buy makes I'm sure but the plan that allows me 24/7 online support and $49 install is by far my favorite feature. My only issue with the install was that the mount I had previously purchased elsewhere did not work with this particular TV but they said they had one on the truck and I could buy it for $70, twice what the one I had cost, but I needed it installed then. The mount does not come out from the wall or swivel or tilt and it makes it impossible to get my hand behind the TV to insert HDMI cables. My bad for not knowing all mounts won't work with all TV's.

The 2 person crew were polite, efficient & very competent with what they had to do. Ditto for the setup of cable box, et al.
