TALKED TO AGENT RONIER. SAMSUNG 55" IS NOT INSTALL. BEST BUY CAME THURSDAY,JANUARY 09,2020 AFTER 5:00 P.M. AND LEFT WITHOUT INSTALLING 55" T.V. I HAVE CONTACTED BEST BUY AND WHAT THEY DID WAS GIVING ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR THURSDAY,JANUARY 16 ,2020 FROM 7:00A.M.- 1:00 P.M.I TALKED TO SAM AT 800-433-5778.
