Geek squad did an excellent job of mounting my TV and connecting to all devices!

The two installers knew exactly what they were doing. More important though was that they first took into consideration where we planned to view the TV and with that in mind made helpful suggestions. At the end of the day a perfect placement and everything cleaned up after. I will use them again.

I am very satisfied with the purchase of my Sony OLED TV and Soundbar. Andrew and friend from Pro Assemblers were very professional installing and setting them up above my fireplace mantle. I would highly recommend.

I bought a Sony 65" UHD 4K TV with a 3 tiered metal/glass stand. I had the Best Buy guys come over to hook it all up as there was a separate cable TV box and Blu-Ray player along with my Audio system that needed to be connected. These guys put the stand together and then mounted the TV and all the other components and wired it up fantastically so you can't see any wires and then set the TV up and demonstrated everything worked perfectly. These guys did a professional install and in a timely manner.

Every time we have had Geek Squad service it has been great. This time due to the virus, extra precautions were taken by both employees who came to our home to install the new TV. They removed our old one. Installed the new one on our existing wall mount. They set up the TV with all our streaming services and showed us the basics of use. Very pleased with excellent service. We have the annual contract and find it very useful and will continue.

The installation was outstanding by two complete and friendly professionals. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

Worth purchasing the Total rewards membership as this service was free with the purchase of my new TV. They helped with unboxing, setting up the TV with thr legs and placing it where it needed to go. They also tested a few things making sure the TV worked before they left!
