The Tech showed up on time, 12;30 pm (Service window was 12 noon until 8pm) and promptly unboxed the TV, then removed the old TV from the TV mount and installed the new TV. The Tech was efficient and timely with his movements and knowledge regarding my questions. A very positive experience from beginning to end.
