Professional, Friendly, & Knowledgeable

Each time I/we were excited and eager for their help. And each time it was better than we hoped and more all inclusive. Each tech eagerly shared their knowledge and got us up to speed quickly.

Great when they are there!

My only complaints would be that if they couldn’t finish the job, we had to reschedule and wait weeks in between each visit to get the project finished. Also, communication in between was lacking and if you call geek squad you get sent to a call center out of the country that are pretty much a waste of your time!

Great Service - Great Experience

Very polite and courteous. Installed the TV mount and 77" TV exactly where we wanted it. They helped us set up the TV and soundbar and made sure we were comfortable on how to operate everything before they left. They cleaned up, and took all the packing material with them. A very positive experience overall.
