The Squad mounted my TV and showed up early and did a fantastic job

I had a tv I was terrified of, screen was so thin i felt like I could break it with a thought. We called Best Buy to have it installed over our fireplace. Ron and Rasheed were amazing!

The job was done Professionally.... I bought the kit and the service. They showed up actually when they said they would.

The guys came out, replaced my old TV and had me connected in no time! Totally worth it!

Amazing service on time did a great job beyond my expectations

Excellent TV mount but difficult to install. Best Buy installer was very challenged and had to return a second day to complete installation so make certain you have an experienced installer. Being able to lift and lower TV makes a huge difference in the room aesthetics and TV enjoyment. A bit expensive mount but very happy I purchased it.

Hubby and i are techno illiterate, so we REALLY appreciate the Best Buy Geeks! We finally bought a digital television, so we may watch Netflix in our bedroom. (We have Dish, so the analog televisions just never give up! Relegated that analog tv to the guest room.) Justin & Teto explained everything to us, and even helped us decide we really didn't need a sound bar or extra speakers. We enjoy this new tv. We are going to ask for Justin & Teto next time.

Great TV mount and they come install. Can’t get any better

Our Geek squad was Awesome. They did a great job installing up our new TV. But they went above and beyond! We had a new dining room fall being installed and our 2 dogs got out accidentally. The Geeks were quick to volunteer in the search and helped bring our pups home. Thankfully they helped us! We'd give 10 stars if we could. They were very nice.

Excellent service on time tv minting and installation

Your two employees were awesome. They had my tv installed above my door in a very short time. They even showed me how to hide the cords. In this small bedroom, I wanted it so I can lay in bed and not have to use pillows to watch tv. I hated adjusted my body so I could watch tv that would be mounted on a side wall. They also cleaned up and were so great at sharing user information.

Installers were very professional, timely and friendly.

Total tech support paid for it self have used it on 3 install already no issues to report on time and friendly
