Much thanks to the installers as the original mount that we purchased did not support the spacing between our studs but they had a secondary mount from SANUS that was installed and held beautifully. Would recommend this to friends and family.

This install had problems. Third party installer dropped the ball. Geek squad solved the problem, came out and did an excellent job on the install. The TV locked up during setup and would not reboot. What did Geek Squad do? Found that a new TV was in stock at the store so they finished the rest of their scheduled installs, picked up the TV and returned after normal quitting time to get us up and running. Can't ask for better service than that. Thanks guys, your the best!

Marco did an incredible job installing. He is professional, polite, and very respectful of his customer and their home.

They mounted it and connected components. It took 2 months to get everything working and I think that is unreasonable. The geeks know what they are doing and worked hard to get everything working. One thing has ruined the job hfor me. The cables in back of the TV are a mess, some cables still have the blue tape on them. It is an eyesore and it will be difficult for me to fix.

Needed a tv to be mounted and Bestbuy came and showed me where it was going to be placed and was up in a flash.

I am always on social media telling people to get the geek squad, and buy their appliance here, it's such peace of mind to not have to find reliable fix it people, these guys are always so good, service is so worth it.

The technician arrived on time and got our TV set up on the wall mount very quickly. Also he got us hooked up on our WiFi/internet and helped us learn how to use our new TV. We are in our late 60’s so we would have had issues doing this ourselves.

I was worried that it was a 3rd party installer but they did a good job.

They were excellent and courteous in the entire installation. Very fast and efficient and set up all programs and connections for us.

The bracket works great and the install was perfect. It looks very good and clean.
