He described the steps for installation clearly, and even though I already had the mount bracket, he made sure that it would be safe and suitable for the TV. I absolutely liked the plan; it was worth it.

They helped with unboxing, setting up the TV with thr legs and placing it where it needed to go. They also tested a few things making sure the TV worked before they left!
