Gave us a phone number to call them if we had any questions. We would recommend everyone that purchases a large screen to have them install for sure. Thank you geek squad and Best Buy.

Scheduling of service was very easy even with pandemic. On day of installation, staff would let me know when they would make the appointment. The installation was very quick and done very well. I have use them to install several items in my home. Would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and fast. They took away all the rubbish from the install.

Geek squad installed my tv - Rip-off

Said the app didnt work so i had to pay cash or check made out to him. Its on the wall thats why i gave stars... got took by a crook

Amazing Ryan from Geek Squad!

This technician which I believe his name was Ryan (I remember because it’s also my son and husbands name) was the BEST! He did an amazing job at uninstalling the defective tv and installing a brand new tv! He moved quickly and I was at ease with my purchase! Thanks to him he made this such a better experience!
