Great Geek Squad People

This time due to the virus, extra precautions were taken by both employees who came to our home to install the new TV. They removed our old one. Installed the new one on our existing wall mount. They set up the TV with all our streaming services and showed us the basics of use. Very pleased with excellent service. We have the annual contract and find it very useful and will continue.

Do NOT Mount or Setup your TV

Once completed, he went over the process of accessing the apps, asked for questions, and then gave friendly advice based on my questions.
