Geek Squad went Above and Beyond!

But they went above and beyond! We had a new dining room fall being installed and our 2 dogs got out accidentally. The Geeks were quick to volunteer in the search and helped bring our pups home. Thankfully they helped us! We'd give 10 stars if we could. They were very nice.

TV mounting

However, he wasn't able to program the tv because the remote had batteries that sat in it for 2 years and the batteries were bad. So, unfortunately I paid for this service but didn't get it done for me. My fault, but very frustrating!

Geeks Are Good!

They were professional, effective, efficient, and most importantly, they were personable. They mounted our 65" Samsung, along with the Samsung sound bar, exactly where we wanted it, and verified all systems worked as intended. We could not be happier with their service.
