Geek Squad was so helpful upon installing my TV.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was sold the wrong bracket for my TV, but the Geek Squad representative help to solve the issue and installed my TV. Everyone I spoke to on the phone said that they couldn't do anything, that I needed to make a trip back into the Bradley store. The rep interviend, spoke to his manager and the issue was solved without my going back to the Bradley store. I'm glad the rep went out of his way to fix the problem, and saved me the trip and additional time loss.

They were fast, courteous, and showed me how to get to the 'art' function. The TV is great and I'd have the Geek Squad install anything else I buy. It's well worth the price.

I chose the Geek Squad and I am very glad I did. they were both very professional and knowledgeable. I had no idea how high or low the TVs should be mounted and they measured everything, had me sit in front, and gave great recommendations before securing them. I would highly recommend them for your instillation.
