    We had Geek Squad or Total Tech mount and install our new 75" Sony. The tech's went over and above to help us.

    This was an unfortunate experience with Best Buy. It took three appointments, one of which the Best Buy personnel did not even show up or call. Very disappointed in the quality of work from the geek squad.
