Great service, but…

The only reason for less than 5 stars is that it took three attempts to get this service scheduled. The first time the order was apparently input incorrectly. The second time the order again was input incorrectly. It took three attempts and about three weeks to finally get it done. Not sure why. Seems like a pretty simple request.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very friendly & helpful Tv was not mounted as high as we discussed so I did have to get a follow up visit to re adjust That’s a little disappointing because of course I wanted it finalized but they said they only had a 1 hr window for the service The appointment asks the client to be available in 4 hour windows so I would think they should allow more than an hour incase anything is wrong so we don’t have to readjust our schedules again

The Geek Squad is the best and the only fault I have with Best Buy is in the store. In the store they only have one antiquated wheelchair for the handicapped. No riders...shame on you Best Buy. I'm not sure with your size and sales volume if you are violating the ADA law. You need to check and be sure.
