Needed a tv to be mounted and Bestbuy came and showed me where it was going to be placed and was up in a flash.

Very professional. My only complaint they didn't show up until 9pm over 3 hours late

Our geek squad technicians went above and beyond during out TV mounting installation. We had out TV installed above a fireplace on a wood 2 by 4 surrounded by a brick veneer. We let them know that the area for mounting wasn't very big, and they brought out a few mounting brackets to use.

Clean, efficient and fast. Very pleased with the service. I’ll use them again as the need arises.

Mounted TV to wall, made sure all was hooked up properly so that we could watch our cable shows.

These guys are amazing. This is my second time using them. They were able to mount the TV, connect it through my existing surround sound system, and do a complete setup within about 2 hours. All packaging, debris and old TV were removed. Can’t say enough good about their professionalism.

I used to purchase appliances and massive equipment from Best Buy and greatly appreciated their services. Just recently, I purchased one appliance from Lxxx's (you know what I meant). OMG! I will stay with BB going forward. The service fee is a bit higher, but way fewer hassles. Time is money, indeed.

Installation was very professionally done. TV mounted exactly where we wanted it and the cables are out of view. Cleanup was excellent.

This install had problems. Third party installer dropped the ball. Geek squad solved the problem, came out and did an excellent job on the install. The TV locked up during setup and would not reboot. What did Geek Squad do? Found that a new TV was in stock at the store so they finished the rest of their scheduled installs, picked up the TV and returned after normal quitting time to get us up and running. Can't ask for better service than that. Thanks guys, your the best!
