The agents were very kind and quickly swapped out my TVs and installed them. My only issue was when they reconnected everything, they could not get some of the functions to work properly and could not return all my settings to what they were previously. I had to factory restart several of my devices and log back in to several applications. It was very time consuming.

This is my first time using Best Buy for installation. I was quite pleased with my technician. He was on time and did an excellent job.

Your two employees were awesome. They had my tv installed above my door in a very short time. They even showed me how to hide the cords. In this small bedroom, I wanted it so I can lay in bed and not have to use pillows to watch tv. I hated adjusted my body so I could watch tv that would be mounted on a side wall. They also cleaned up and were so great at sharing user information.

I got the LG 65 inch OLED Gallery TV. The box was too large for my Avalon to fit! These guys delivered, mounted and got the TV up and running in no time. They knew exactly what to do and worked as a team. As they say, "I can sit back and watch work for hours" and did so with a cup of good mocha. Everything went perfect.

I am giving this 5 stars in the case that it affects the wonderful installers directly. However, I was under the impression while ordering the television online that this service included parts such as a wall mount. Best Buy needs to fix that on their site.

When there was a problem with my order and the wrong item was installed, a second team came out and replaced it with the correct item. Free of charge and no hassles or extra paperwork.

We love our Geek Squad agents. They have gone overboard with their hospitality. You can ask them anything related to computer knowledge or TV expertise and they will have the answer or will find out for you. Our brand new router was not working right while they were here. So without a question, Derrick took it back to the store and returned with a brand new unit. We were within warranty so no charge . Yes we love our Geek Squad!
