Internal lack of communication
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Install went well, mounted good job. just had wrong wall mount first time they came out. had to wait another 3 days to get it installed. I believe the whole thing was a lack of communication in-house.

Keep an eye on them

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The two workers that came to install my tv were very professional, friendly, they knew what they were doing. Connected my tv, mounted it, connected it to all my devices. Just watch them while they mount the tv. For some reason they aligned with my bookshelf and not just using a level. I didn’t know my bookshelf was slightly leaning but when they were “done” mounting the tv I had to tell them to do it over and ask why it was tilting down. It looked terrible. Why wouldn’t you just mount it level!

MS BIRDS Vizio
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This guy CHAD...was Fabulous hooked up my 70" Vizio TV and my soundbar (not a best buy purchase) moved two TV's to other rooms in the house. Courtesy was the most. His trainee, has an amazing trainer. Professionalism was all that and beyond. I could not be more please with Chad and his trainee. If i need home service for anything I will most definitely ask for CHAD.
