Average install, could be way better

Issue is the mount used is great, but the installer didnt tighten the bolts enough causing it to tilt to the left, and i have to adjust pretty often. Good news is they are coming out Thursday to replace TV with a bigger size, so hopefully i have a better experience

We had Ky and a female Agent in training and two other Agents that were absolutely wonderful. Full of information and suggestions that my husband and I as seniors could understand. We hope to hsve the same Agents out as soon as we purchase a digital receiver to replace our analog receiver.
