The agents were very kind and quickly swapped out my TVs and installed them. My only issue was when they reconnected everything, they could not get some of the functions to work properly and could not return all my settings to what they were previously. I had to factory restart several of my devices and log back in to several applications. It was very time consuming.

The customer service was excellent, and the delivery and installation process went very smoothly.

Geek Squad mounted the tv but he had to go back to Best Buy and get the correct wall mount. I had purchased the wrong type. He did the install in minimal time. He was preficient in everything he did. I do recommend Best Buy Geek Squad home installation service.

The geek squad team is excellent!! They called to confirm the appointment time And showed up and were ready to get the install done. The tv was mounted and all apps set up within a hour Made sure that I understood all the functions of my new tv. WE purchased a new construction home and the Geek Squad has already been out here 3 times. Tomorrow should be the final. We did a major job with them. They put up 3 tv's and whole new stereo system with built in speakers inside and outside which also works with our phono player, cassette deck and dvd changer. Awesome what the Sono speaker system can do. I would highly recommend both the consultant to the installation team. They are top notch!
