The agent Damien was very pleasant. he called the night before install and kept me updated on the day of. While he was in my home he cared about my hardwood flooring and wore protective booties. He was friendly and answered all the questions I had. If I ever have another install I hope to get Damien again,

The agents came and mounted the tv and hooked it up to tue sound system etc, and because it turned out that the mount I selected wouldn’t work with the type of walls I have (I live in an old renovated factory building), they were able to use the existing static mount, and then come back a few days later to install a different movable mount and position it precisely where I wanted it!!

Ok so I purchase the Geek Squad Plan just for the TV Wall mount service and I couldn't be more happy that I did. I had two tv's mounted perfectly! One was heavy so I was concerned about it and wanted it done right. They also wrangled all of the cords and mounted my U-verse box behind the bedroom tv out of sight. I'm extremely happy to have had this service and now I'm looking to mount all of my tv's! I highly recommend this service.

The two guy put this on the wall and hooked it up with no problems on their end. The TV is awesome, and we did not have to use the wall mount we purchased from Best Buy. They could use the wall mount we had for our old TV, and I was very happy. Of course....the old TV was from Best Buy as well. Had it for a very long time....it just died!
