TV Installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For a big TV (75" in this case) in an upstairs room, this service is well worth the price, unless you have a helper. Getting it up the stairs and onto the wall is a two person job, no matter how clever you are. These TVs are big, heavy, expensive and fragile. Two caveats: 1. Specify a Geek Squad crew rather than a third-party crew; 2. Make sure everything is connected and working before they leave, or you might spend your time fiddling with connections and pairing.

Geek Squad installed my TV quickly.

I purchased a new wall mount, not knowing that my old mount would work. They didn't bring my new mount with them. They told me that the one I already have will not only work just fine, but that it was better than the one I PAID for. They told me that they would see to it that I would be refunded for the new one. Five weeks later, and I still can't get them to give me my money back. Great business model. Cheat your customers whenever possible. Thanks for nothing. Literally nothing.
