The contractor hired by Best Buy did a fantastic job. He connected the hearing device to the back of the TV. He deserves 15 Stars. And I don't know that my store Geek Squad deserves any stars. The original appt. was canceled twice without any explanation.

Expert geek squad personnel mounted and set up my 65 inch tv. Then they gave me a quick tutor on the operation of the set.

Would highly recommend them The only odd thing was l selected the 7:00am window to 1:00 pm and was told on by the installer that he didn’t even start until 9:00 As it was they didn’t start until 12:45 just fifteen minutes before the window expired Why does Best Buy offer a 7:00am window when they don’t have the staff start until 9:00am

The folks that did the mounting did a great job. They called when they were about a 1/2 hour out and arrived on time. Wore booties over their shoes and did a quality job mounting the bracket. Cleaned up all the packaging and had the job done in minimal time. Highly recommend the Geek Squad!
