the rep was quick and installed it perfectly!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.There was a slight mix up on the website and the rep said he was double booked. He checked to make sure my time slot was correct and moved around the whole schedule so he could install my TV. Sometimes the best customer service isn't about the actual work performed - he made what could have been a frustrating situation into one that was professional and easy!

Ben helped us c house the write setup for our home and Dan and his partner worked tirelessly to make sure everything was set up properly and we were shown how to use it.
