Efficient, helpful, and expert service!

I was not home at the time and they perfectly explained everything to my wife and helped her very easily replace some faulty hardware that we had. Well worth the cost!

I purchased a new wall mount, not knowing that my old mount would work. They didn't bring my new mount with them. They told me that the one I already have will not only work just fine, but that it was better than the one I PAID for. They told me that they would see to it that I would be refunded for the new one. Five weeks later, and I still can't get them to give me my money back. Great business model. Cheat your customers whenever possible. Thanks for nothing. Literally nothing.
