Top Notch service from my technician

No issues whatsoever. Professional and cleaned up after himself. He also made sure everything was working before he left.

Geek Squad installed my TV quickly

I did not need instruction in connecting it to my smart devices, but that all worked right away. I continue to be a loyal Best Buy customer. I would not buy this anywhere else.

Complex multi install done beautifully

The Geek Squad arrived with some items that were purchased in the store that were not compatible mounts for my new televisions and I thought for sure I would have to reschedule the install. But not the case! They drove to the store during a power outage and picked up the right items and completed the install. Very impressed.
