I needed a new mount for my 65 inch TV and this one met ma needs

The technicians mounted the TV on the wall and confirmed all devices were connected and working properly. They gave us a tutorial on using the remote with the TV, soundbar, cable box and PS3. They vacuumed the dust from the installation and removed all packing materials. When they left the lead technician gave me his card so I could call if I had any questions. I'm very satisfied.

They were professional, friendly, and efficient and exceeded my expectations.

Kevin and his assistants did a GREAT job mounting my new Samsung Terrace outdoor TV. Due to the weight and height, it was certainly something I did not want to attempt on my own. They showed up exactly on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend this crew to anyone needing a similar project completed.

Our agent, Mike P., solved previous issues with buying the correct tv in order to connect a hearing aid device so that I could listen through it and my wife could listen through the soundbar. We had previous issues with our Harmony remote which Mike fixed in a jiffy. Once installed, everything worked like a charm and we love the Sony tv.

The geek squad agents that mounted my 65" tv were absolutely professional. They new exactly what they were doing. The offered great advise on the height of the mount. The were quick (less than an hour) and clean. They also followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was still working great!

Geek Squad installers were great. Arrived on time, installed quickly and gave clear instructions on operation of TV and remote. My only complaint is that Best Buy's installation cost is way too high. The mount for the TV was already installed on the wall above the fireplace and our installation charge was still over $300. Not sure that I will ever purchase anything from Best Buy that requires installation.
