Terrific Service

Agent Underwood was the Lead and he made sure we knew about all the COVID safety measures they would be taking to assure safety for everyone. The agents installed the wall mount, hung my new TV, hooked it up to my receiver and made sure all the speakers were working correctly. They worked quickly but made sure everything was installed and working correctly!

Geek Squad Installation Was Awesome!

They were friendly, efficient, and meticulous to detail in doing a very clean, tidy, and professional installation on this. They were very positive ambassadors for Best Buy.

He took the time to show us how to use it and set it up. He cleaned up after he was done and hauled away all the cardboard. Thank you Geek Squad!
