One agent was polite and friendly, I felt the other agent felt put out and annoyed. I really shouldn’t have had to pay for both.

I had purchased mounts from another vendor that weren't compatible with the studs in my wall. The agents went out of the way to get the proper mounts and complete the work.

This mount offers tilt, up & down & side to side adjustments. It is perfect for my needs. Emily was able to hide the cord in the corner where the 2 walls meet. It's perfect!
