Excellent service

They called to confirm the appointment time And showed up and were ready to get the install done. The tv was mounted and all apps set up within a hour Made sure that I understood all the functions of my new tv. Very professional and great work I would recommend them to anyone who asks and will use them again for future work

Great install after terrible scheduling error

It was not a simple installation for various reasons. Answered questions. Polite and well spoken. Made sure we understood the system once installed. We never understood the last one!! The schedule was a bit of a disaster, but Best Buy came through to salvage the situation

They were very professional, kept their work space (my living room) clean and put up with my very loud hound dog who was not happy about being in his crate the entire time. I am sure it was very annoying but they didn’t show any negative emotion towards it.
