This was supposed to be a re-connect to my devices because the smart TV portion was not always working correctly . They reviewed my system & moved my satellite boosters closer . Most likely I will have to replace those in the future . All has worked well except for a couple of times . Love Total Tech & Geek Squad . ❤️

The agents installed the TV via an excellent Wall mount but left me with a minium of instructions to gide my use of the TV and remote. Have been unable to contact Best Buy or Gek Squad to follow up on the installation and set-up. I receive no replies to any question I try to make to them. Very unsatisfactory for amount they charge!

Needed to have several TV mounted in an office. The installers were on time, took the time to explain what they were going to do and did a perfect job.

They did a wonderful job mounting our TV and sound bar! So friendly and very professional!! They took their time explaining everything and making sure it was just right! They also took the time to go through the TV settings and get us up and running without having to figure it out on our own! My husband and I were so happy with the geek squad service!

TV's are getting so technical now days this was a great decision. They delivered my TV and took over in a good way. Installed my corner wall mount and mounted my 65" Samsung TV. The remote controls were set up for my cable system, The gentleman answered all of our questions about how our new smart TV operated ,then they cleaned up and took the huge box with them. They were great. I definitely will do this when I buy my next TV.
