GEEK SQUAD GOOD INSTALLATION BUT NOT HELP WHEN CAL

Cut off... couldn't understand... no knowledge.... not available today when called local store??:? called about 6-7 times taking 2 1/2 hours to find out how to turn off TALk BACK... UGH MAY NEED TO ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THIS 'GEEK SQUAD'

He initially came to hang a 55inch in our movie room and while he was here we decided to schedule him to come back to mount tv's in two additional rooms. He left his card and was very helpful and flexible with our needs. A+ work, very professional and communicative on arrival time and job time.
