The Geek Squad did an OUTSTANDING JOB!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Geek Squad technicians from Gilroy (Eddie and Jamie) did an outstanding job of mounting and configuring both our bedroom TV and Sonos soundbar as well as making recommendations to our network that increased throughput by about 12 times its previous speed. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We're very pleased with the results.

Years of Exceptional Geek squad Service Appreciate

Set up and checked everything out. They answered my questions and showed me as they completed the installation… Both were friendly and helpful and as always a great job was done…

The best of Geek Squad

They asked questions, so very patient explaining the steps they were taking setting up everything They made sure I could operate the remote easily.(I'm 73) Couldn't have been nicer.

Arrived on time, installed quickly and gave clear instructions on operation of TV and remote. My only complaint is that Best Buy's installation cost is way too high. The mount for the TV was already installed on the wall above the fireplace and our installation charge was still over $300. Not sure that I will ever purchase anything from Best Buy that requires installation.
