Very professional Geek Squad persons! Very helpful in setting up my electronics

Great job mounting my TV and connecting it to all of devices.

Two Geek Squad agents installed the wall mount and the 77" television. They arrived on time and were very professional. They hooked up all of the wires and cables, made sure that everything was in good working order and gave us a tutorial! We couldn't ask for better service!

This is the sixth home set-up I've arranged through Geek Squad - the first five were great, five stars! This one wasn't great - yes, they plugged in the TV to see that it works, mounted the TV to a table top swivel stand(and they assembled the stand) and set then TV on a cabinet. They attached my DVD player (but didn't actually try it to make sure the hookup was right). They attached a Roku Ultra device that I purchased with the TV but didn't explain to he how to use it really. They didn't show me the ins-and-outs of operating the TV (I still don't know how to get to channel 10). Best Buy phone support said a manual for the TV is only available online. Great. But what's the URL I go to in order to download it? I guess from now on if I arrange for in-home set up I will have to make it very clear that I expect to be shown how to use the equipment.

They mounted both TV’s and went through the setup for both. They also help us with our Eero extender’s that we purchased from Best Buy. To make sure we had the best internet coverage throughout the house. This was the third time we have had them install products for us.

Excellent installation crew. Courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. Outstanding installation of the wall mount 55" LG TV. They had to move the existing mount down and reinstall the mount plus remove the existing 65" TV. The new TV is mounted perfectly. It was a difficult installation as a ladder was required for the whole installation process.

Had two agents show up, on time, and totally professional following confirmation call and pre-arrival call. Got to work immediately, and perhaps too quickly, as we ended up with four (4) extra holes damaging the wall (and not repaired), when mis-measuring the height for the mount to provide the desired height for the TV Screen. Additionally, with anything of substantial weight or value, I was suspect of the use of a magnetic "Stud" finder, which only really locates the screw or nail placed (right on/off center) to secure the drywall, and NOT the exact center of the stud which is essential for full strength and safety. Furthermore, the use of the backing washers that came with the mounting kit, and would provide additional surface area to bear weight and spread load from bolt head to mount were refused to be used, even when asked, told as "extraneous" and unnecessary. Afterwards, pulling on the mount to demonstrate strength actually flexed the wall, popping nail heads and seams, but hard to prove . . . However, the apres mount demonstration of the TV and remote operator, and of the features to further explore were very helpful Yet, if it were not for the unwieldy size and cumbersome fit, I feel I would have done better taking my time and mounting the TV myself without any damage and the peace of mind of a secure stud centered mount.

Agent Jamal Walton Mounted the TV to the wall and hooked up my TV for cable and the DVD player. He showed me how to work the remote and set up my sirius xm icon and arranged the icons by the ones I use the most. Mounting the TV is really a two man job but he did it by himself in a timely manner
