Amazing service set my TV up and took time to go over everything with me!

Initially when my TV got installed, it ended up higher on the wall than expected. I was very impressed with Geek Squad when I was able to call and discuss the issue, and was able to get a re-install completed. Not only that, but it occurred the day after I called to discuss the issue. Both crews were professional.

Geek squad very professional and great communication. They had an issue with my old mount and replaced for no charge. They made sure I understood how to use the tv before they left. The only grip and it’s not geek squads fault, it the TV might be too big for the mount provided. It’s leaning a bit on one side and after several adjustments it’s still not exactly perfect.

On this one I felt the team had some difficulty mounting the bracket and tv. It sounded to me the screws didn’t match the bracket so the crew had a slight delay. One thing worth mentioning Best Buy should follow up with a site visit since mounting team just mounts the tv telling follow the screen directions that leads to the owner following the directions but that doesn’t answers all the questions. No owners Manuel included

Scarlet McCready and her assistant were very professional and helpful. The Samsung 43" TV was installed the way we requested and Ms. McCready completed the setup by insuring that our new Smart TV was cable and internet connected. And she spent additional time showing us how to navigate the TV's features with the remote she programmed for us. Outstanding service from the Geek Squad!
