The Geek squad arrived on time and we’re extremely professional

COVID-19 sucks. It has delayed our lives for, probably, a good year. (4 months into it currently). My first 1-6 hour time frame for my 65” Sony Bravia installation was canceled by BB so that I can enjoy another few days to wait another day for the Geek Squads 1- 6 hour time frame. Probably took 30 to 45 minutes for the guys to mount my tv on the wall and WiFi my Bose soundbar 500. Very cool and professional.

Great set up for our television and professionally installed.

The guys who set up the TV were very nice and went the extra mile. I was not told when I purchased the TV that a special cable was needed and they went out and purchased the cable for me. It was nice of them to not leave me in the lurch and ask me to make another appointment. They did the job efficiently, just wish they had taken a little more time to explain a few things to me, but I've called the Vizio customer service number and they have been very helpful. All in all, I was pleased with the service I received.

Did a great job mounting my Samsung TV, extremely professional and knowledgeable.

The agent installed my TV on the brackets on the wall and connected it to all my devices. We was knowledgable and courteous.

Geek squad the greatest they are up to date on the latest Electronics you think you’re saving without geek squad then you end up with agervation something goes wrong. You pay for what you get.

There was not a need to move cable, due to Spectrum app app and not needing a box. It was a simple hang the mount and plug in. The price of $199 was excessive for this service. Once realized that this was all that was needed should have decreased the price to $100 at the most. Had I known this was all that was needed I would not have hired The Geek Squad. This was misrepresented when I bought the TV.

Top-notch. Smart. Polite. Informative. Kept us apprised every step of the way. The lead tech is a real perfectionist. He made sure everything was perfect. His assistant ran me through the entire process, answered all questions and generally was nice to have around.

Geek Squad installed my televisions (4). They were very professional, punctual, friendly and respectful.

The guys took time to remove a speaker that was in the way and pulled the wires for a new center speaker. They even made a recommendation for the new one. The mount looks and works great! Giving room for center soundbar.

Geek squad connected my complete video and audio system. Fast and efficient, explained all functions.
