I called tech support and told them what it was doing. They scheduled to have the crew come out and replaced the TV with a new one. The guys that came out were very professional and knowledgeable.

It was great seeing two women hang it. Thankfully the crew hanging it called a few days ahead of time so I could put an outlet and run HDMI cables in the wall to keep everything hidden and they informed me of exactly where to put everything to help them out and have a nice clean look. I highly recommend the service if you’re having a large tv installed.
